Does the 14-day trial require a credit card?
No. The trial is fully free, no credit card, no commitment. After 14 days, you pick a plan and enter your payment details — otherwise, your account stays accessible in read-only mode.
What does the Maintenance option at +€19/month include?
The Maintenance option (+€19/month excl. VAT) covers priority email and phone support during business hours, initial video training for your team (1h), and setup assistance. Optional on Basic and Pro plans, included in Enterprise.
What are the real limits of each plan?
Basic: 5 users, 5 fridges, 1 sector (Kitchen or Pastry). Pro: 15 users, 15 fridges, 3 sectors (Kitchen + Pastry + Bakery for example). Enterprise: unlimited users, fridges and sectors, multi-establishments for chains.
Can I switch plans later on?
Yes, anytime. You can move from Basic to Pro (or the other way around) from the Stripe onboarding integrated in the app. Prorata is calculated automatically — you only pay the difference for the current month.
What exactly does the Enterprise plan cover?
The Enterprise plan targets multi-site chains (hospitality, restaurant groups, palaces). It includes everything in Pro plus: unlimited users/fridges/sectors, multi-establishments, deep-fryer oil module, SensorPush probes, API for ERP/PMS/TMS integration, dedicated account manager and included maintenance. Price negotiated on quote based on volume.
Is there any commitment?
No. All plans are commitment-free, billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime from the app. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation for export.
Where is my data hosted?
Your data is hosted at Supabase in the Europe region (eu-west-1) with Row-Level Security active on all tables. GDPR compliant, each user only sees data from their establishment and authorised sectors.
